Refund Policy
Effective August 29, 2026
The plain version. A panel is a file you download immediately, so we can't take it back. But if something went wrong on our end — it didn't arrive, it won't open, or it's the wrong county — tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
All sales are final once the file is delivered
Mock jury panels are digital goods delivered the moment payment clears. Because you have the file as soon as you pay, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for a case that settled, for a venue that changed, or because the panel's contents were not what you hoped for. Read the free Murray County sample before you buy: it is a complete panel in the exact format you will receive, so you know precisely what you are getting.
When we will refund you
We will refund in full, no argument, if any of these is true and you tell us within 14 days of purchase:
- The download never arrived and we can't get it to you.
- The file is corrupt, incomplete, or won't open.
- You received a panel for a county other than the one you bought.
- You were charged twice for the same panel.
- You bought a county you had already bought from us before.
In most of these cases we would rather just send you the right file. If you would prefer the money back instead, say so and you get it.
How to ask
Email hello@venue159.com from the address you used at checkout, with the county and the date. We answer within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Payhip and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your card issuer. A chargeback on a delivered digital file costs us the transaction plus a fee, and we would almost certainly have solved the problem for free. Accounts that charge back a delivered panel without contacting us first will not be sold to again.
