Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective August 29, 2026
Short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you a file and send it to you. We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you.
What we collect
If you only look at the site
Nothing that identifies you. The site is a static page; we do not set cookies of our own and there is no login. We use privacy-preserving traffic counts (aggregate page views and referrers) that do not use cookies and do not fingerprint visitors. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
If you buy something
Your name, email address, billing country, and the record of what you bought and when. This is collected and stored by Payhip, our checkout provider, and we can see it in our Payhip dashboard. Card details go to Payhip's payment processor; we never receive them.
If you join a waitlist or email us
Your email address and whatever you write to us.
Why we hold it
- To deliver what you bought and to re-send a download link if you lose it.
- To keep track of which county panels you already have, so that if you come back for the same county we don't send you a panel you already own.
- To handle refunds, tax, and accounting, which we are required to document.
- To tell you when something you asked to be told about is ready, if you asked.
We do not use your address for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.
Who else sees it
- Payhip — checkout, delivery, receipts, and customer records. See Payhip's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosting and network security for the site itself.
- Google Fonts — typeface delivery, as described above.
- Our accountant and, if legally compelled, the government.
How long we keep it
Purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, currently seven years. Waitlist emails until you ask us to remove you, or until the product they concern has shipped and the list is no longer useful.
Your choices
Email hello@venue159.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. If you are covered by the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or a U.S. state privacy law, those rights include access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection, and we will honor them without charging you or treating you differently for asking.
Children
This is a professional tool sold to lawyers. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above.
